Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or customized/personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@twodingo.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right quickly.
